I created this snappy show open & credits for the multi-talented Charles Rogers (Search Party, Fort Tilden). Early concept exploration and build-out below. This project stands as a favorite to date, with retro-inspired vector art brought to life by ‘follow-the-leader’ expressions.
Asset Build and Motion:
Inspiration: Blue Note jazz album covers and classic movie titles from Hollywood’s Golden Age.
Boards: Two looks, the second of which was chosen and refined in the animation process.
